எங்களைப் பற்றி (About Us)

"எப்பொருள் யார்யார்வாய்க் கேட்பினும், அப்பொருள் மெய்ப்பொருள் காண்பது அறிவு" — திருக்குறள் 423

இந்த ஒரு குறள்தான் "அறிவியலில் அறியாதவைகள் – Vinganam" என்ற இந்த வலைப்பூவின் அடித்தளம். எந்த ஒரு கருத்தையும், அது எவ்வளவு பெரிய அறிவியல் அறிஞரிடமிருந்து வந்தாலும் சரி, ஆய்ந்து, சிந்தித்து, மெய்ப்பொருளைக் கண்டறிவதே உண்மையான அறிவு என்பதை நம் முன்னோர்கள் ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பே சொல்லிவைத்திருக்கிறார்கள். அந்த வழிகாட்டுதலின்படியே இந்தத் தளம் இயங்குகிறது.

இந்தத் தளத்தின் நோக்கம்

அறிவியல் என்பது நிலையான உண்மைகளின் தொகுப்பு அல்ல; அது தொடர்ந்து கேள்விகேட்டு, சோதித்து, திருத்திக்கொள்ளும் ஒரு பயணம். இன்று உண்மை என நாம் நம்பிக்கொண்டிருக்கும் பல கோட்பாடுகள் – பெருவெடிப்புக் கோட்பாடு முரண்பாடுகள், பரிணாமக் கொள்கை முரண்பாடுகள், உலக வெப்பமயமாதல் உண்மையா?, ஓசோன் ஓட்டை விழுமா?, பௌர்ணமியும் கடல் அலையும் போன்றவை – நாளை மறு கோட்பாட்டால் மாற்றப்படலாம். இது தவிர, பெர்முடா முக்கோண ரகசியங்கள், அயல் கிரகங்களில் உயிர்கள், சுனாமி - ஏன்? எப்படி?, நகரங்கள் கடலில் மூழ்குமா? போன்ற பல்வேறு தலைப்புகளிலும் ஆழமான, முரண்பட்ட ஆய்வுகளையும் தமிழில் உங்கள் முன் வைப்பதே இந்தத் தளத்தின் முதன்மை நோக்கம்.
